Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Presto website, Mac app, and preview service. By using Presto, you agree to them. Questions can be sent to aryaman@digitalbunker.dev.

Your account

You sign in through GitHub and are responsible for activity performed through your account. Keep your GitHub account secure and tell us promptly if you believe someone has used Presto without your permission.

Authorized repositories and builds

You may connect repositories and publish iOS Simulator builds only when you have permission to do so. You are responsible for the applications, assets, and other content you upload or make available through Presto.

You keep ownership of your content. You give Presto a limited license to store, process, copy, and deliver it only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service.

Acceptable use

Do not upload malicious software, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, probe other users’ data, or distribute content that violates applicable law or another person’s rights. Do not use Presto to provide builds to people who are not authorized to access the connected repository.

Preview software

Presto is currently a beta service. Features may change, and interruptions or errors may occur. Keep independent copies of builds and information you need to retain. Simulator builds expire according to the retention period shown in the product.

Plans and payment

Presto is free during the current beta unless a paid plan is clearly offered to you. Before a paid plan begins, we will show its price, billing period, limits, and cancellation terms. Taxes may apply. You can cancel a paid plan before its next renewal from your workspace or through the billing provider.

Service changes and updates

We may add, change, or remove features as Presto develops. We may also require Mac app updates when they are needed for compatibility or security. We will provide reasonable notice before a change materially reduces a paid service or changes these terms.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Presto at any time and disconnect the GitHub App. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, secure the service, comply with law, prevent abuse, or address a material violation of these terms. We may terminate an account for a serious or repeated violation.

When an account is closed, its builds may be deleted. Some account, billing, security, and operational records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy or when required by law.

Third-party services

Presto works with services such as GitHub, Apple, Cloudflare, and payment providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for changes or outages in services we do not control.

Presto ownership and feedback

Presto and its software, design, and documentation are protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of Presto to you. If you send feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, Presto is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that it will always be available, error-free, or suitable for every development workflow. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Presto is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid Presto during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $100 if you used only the free service.
